More art for my facultative bipedalism(?) AU. In this universe, Pawbert's family are very much still hunters that refuse to walk upright. In an attempt to prove himself to his father, he befriends and later backstabs Nick and Judy... but to their surprise, he picks up on the smaller predator instead of the prey.

Don't worry, Nick comes out unscathed because Judy helps him out later, perhaps with the help of a certain beaver and pit viper- The events take place long after this drawing.

Here's a little guy I've wanted to draw for the longest time - Aarei from the beta versions of Ruby and Sapphire, which I've decided to localize as Eeriel and heavily headcanon. Nothing is truly known about it other than the fact that it was cut due to being too 'serious/dramatic' for a Pokémon concept. The common consensus is that it's based on a selkie, a mermaid and perhaps a dog? From the moment I saw it I fell in love, it's got such a sad look on its face and I feel so sorry for it.

One of Corphish's Pokédex entries says that they're not native to Hoenn and were imported as pets, with theories that it evolves into Crawdaunt to phisically mimic Sharpedo and protect itself from predators. For that reason, I created a chain wherein Eeriel are preyed upon by Sharpedo, Eeriel hunt Corphish inspired by the real life crab-eater seal (which doesn't actually eat crabs, but it's a reference) and, in turn, Corphish evolves into Crawdaunt and adopts the Dark type to defend itself against Eeriel by mimicking its natural predator.

Its a very sad, skittish Pokémon, probably most commonly found around the Abandoned Ship.

Something I've been working on and putting on hold for a while.. I wanted to make post-Canaan designs for Lucilius and Belial as well, but I'm having a hard time doing that :'D So here's this for now.

Sandalphon is a cheetah (who mutates into a king cheetah after Lucifer's death), Lucifer is a lion, Lucilius is a tiger, Belial is a black jaguar (panther). I'm currently working on a storyboard video for a scene from the mobile game but with these designs and with a TLK AU in mind, so it was imperative I posted this already lol

A bit of a continuation of that one art I did a couple years back around this time. Nick and Judy form an unlikely partnership, though Nick struggles with his still intact predatory tendencies (he does his best by hunting non-rabbits, though).

Unluckily for them, as the dawn breaks from the horizon after a long and perilous night, they realize they've still got much bigger predators to deal with. Give Judy a minute or two, though-
