cackling cannoneer is the only sky spirit which i hate and i dont have a single reason why
i just see the guy and im ready to gut them, i dont know where this negativity comes from and it interferes with my existence.
Ya know what, even as very bias cackling cannoneer fan i get it. They can be taxing and they can be interpreted as quite a jerk but if it weren't for my hyperfixation on them, the variety of other interpretations of them, the entirety of season of abyss including the crew, and the horror au I have around season of abyss I... I really don't know if I be around to this day.

If it helps to make you not feel alone though... I also have an irrational hated towards a spirit, but unfortunately for you, it happens to be scolding student đ (however your art has definitely improved how I see them !!!)
They just for some reason remind me of someone I used to know irl that wasn't very kind to put it lightly and whenever someone does the scolding emote it activates a feral neuron in my brain that makes me have the urge to bite the other sky kid's fingers in anger.
On the other hand though this fed into making the funny headcannon that abyss guide and scolding student are rivals and the reason we do not see abyss guide partake in days of treasure is because scolding student is there... both assembly and abyss crew know if either of them face off it would be like another eden explosion end of world scenario happened. Girls be fighting like it's one of those epic anime battles.
