I have a lot! Most of them pertain to specific aus but here are some I like that are more general:
Ever since he fell into that lake Wirt has had chronic issues with his lungs and gets sick easily (so Dipper takes care of him when he’s sick and fusses over his health (bundling him up in winter so he doesn’t catch a cold etc))
They have a deep and guilty love for reality TV and they have date nights where they share a tub of ice cream and watch love island or some shit
Wirt’s indifference to gender manifests as androgyny as he gets older, almost like gender fluidity (but Wirt doesn’t gaf abt labels so he just calls himself a man for convenience’s sake but expresses himself in masculine, feminine, and androgynous ways). Dipper is still struggling with his desire to be seen as manly when they meet, possibly causing him to try and push Wirt to be more feminine so he can feel more masculine, but over time Wirt’s complete indifference to gender rubs off on Dipper and Dipper realizes he doesn’t have to be a manly man, especially because his pursuit of manliness makes him miserable. Wirt helps him embrace his “feminine” side and enjoy it without feeling bad about himself
Wirt writes little poems for Dipper and Dipper makes little drawings for Wirt
Possibly… Dipper and the Corduroys build a cabin/house for Dipper and Wirt to live in in Gravity Falls and Wirt gets to do all the interior designing
Wirt loves music and plays in a local band and Dipper is there at every single gig taking videos and screaming his head off
Dipper wears underwear and whatever ratty old shirt/no shirt to bed but Wirt has like full button down pajama sets
Wirt has a beautiful voice and likes to sing while he’s driving etc and Dipper is mortified to ask but Wirt knows he likes it when Wirt sings him lullabies
For some reason I feel like Wirt would be really big on communication and not fighting. Like he implements rules into their relationship to mitigate fights and arguments, like conversation safe words, taking time to cool down, never raising voices, speaking one at a time, etc, probably from his own experiences with his parents fighting when he was growing up. Dipper is used to being ignored by his parents so he grew up fighting for attention and arguing with his sister and has a hard time not turning disagreements into arguments
Dipper is always trying out new hobbies like woodworking and glassblowing and things like that and their house is full of badly-crafted gifts Dipper makes for Wirt and also abandoned projects and materials Dipper will never pick up again
They have a cat named Beatrice and/or a dog named Kitty
Dipper likes buying jewelry for Wirt and Wirt likes wearing it
Wirt likes going out on adventures with Dipper but he has the worst sense of direction and Dipper has to keep an eye on him at all times or he could get seriously lost
Wirt has terrible circulation and runs cold while Dipper runs hot which is great because Wirt is a blanket stealer and Dipper constantly wakes up only to find all of the blankets are bunched up on Wirt’s side of the bed
They get matching protective sigil tattoos
They both have horrific nightmares sometimes that they comfort each other through
Dipper regularly underestimates Wirt because he sees himself as a monster hunter extraordinaire and Wirt mostly just follows his lead but every so often Wirt will pop out with somehting brilliant or do something Dipper didn’t think he was capable of and he’ll fall in love with Wirt all over again
Whenever Dipper is concentrating hard on something, his brow furrows, and Wirt kisses his forehead to get him to stop and relax
