what's a mspec lesbian?

It would be a lesbian who also is into other genders other than women. Mspec lesbian and gay identities are often used by nonbinary people, or people who may experience romantic feelings towards some genders, but sexual to only certain ones. It can vary for different people and mean different things for different people
