Needed to use some ~fancy~ bone broth I got on sale a bit ago before it went bad, so I made soup! - 1 pint beef bone broth - 1 container mushrooms - ~3tbsp minced garlic - sprinkling of kosher salt, black pepper, & parsley (measured with vibes) Boil together for ~30 minutes (idk exact amount, I lost track of time). Blend using immersion blender and add flour to thicken if you want.
