The liner with 2 pieces has a pulp board layer and an additional layer of wax. The induction heating melts the wax and it gets soaked into the pulp board. The board layer stays within the cap for enhanced resealing once the liner is removed.

· Apply the caps with appropriate torque. This creates constant pressure between the container top and the liner.
· The distance between cap and the sealing should be adequate. The closer the sealing to the coil, more the strength of the seal. 0.31 cm is the optimal distance.
· The heat applied to the sealing needs to be exact. If the heat is less, the sealing will be weak. If the heat applied is more, the liner of the cap will be burnt and deformed. The exactness comes with trial and error
· Make sure that the liner and the sealing top are properly centered for better bond
