So I am watching bridgerton with my mother we are at season 3's finale and I'm getting cute aggression over how sweet John is and my mum agrees. I know what is coming... she does not.

I feel like being a fan of an irl ship and having it hard launch like Dan and Phil is a lot like being in the NASA control room during a space launch. It's going to end one of three ways: the ship takes off, it crashes and burns, or nothing happens at all. And of course when the ship takes off, everyone in the control room cheers and shouts "we knew it" but they didn't really know it. It's just that that option was the most preferable so they tried to convince themselves it was the only option, but they know that it just as easily could have crashed and burned or had nothing happen at all.
