So, I don't go here anymore but like. I too have things to say about the infamous von babbit.
Now before I get into things I'm going to talk about how von treated me during chapter 2 and 3 mostly. I was pretty known for my love of yanagi shigeki and his relationship with hayashi, and von knew that! She would ping me for some yanagi episodes as well as join VCS to tell me a hayashigeki episode was about to drop, I believe one she even told me in a VC that she has to "hide yanagi art from me because she knows I'd go feral" which at the time I thought nothing of that comment, but now with the recent discoveries I'm a bit worried about what she meant by that. But anyway I had nothing but good things to say about von for quite a while, she said I was the number 1 hayashigeki fan at some point and I was EXTREMELY proud of myself, but then things quickly started to go downhill.
I was in the tetro server for quite a while, I think since the beginning of chapter 2 of pink? But before tetro I was in around two drdt servers where I met one of my good friends to this day, though in one of these drdt servers there was this guy who I will not name drop but he was... NOT liked. In this drdt server he said some pretty racist stuff and was overall uncomfortable to be around. At some point I ended up leaving that drdt server, still keeping contact with my friend there though. Both of us got into tetro at around the same time and we joined the server, it was great until one day we saw that the racist guy had joined the server. Now obviously we did NOT want his racist ass contaminating the tetro server right? So my friend made a ticket, telling von about the racist things that he had done previously. Now, you'd think she'd ban a racist right?? NOPE!!! she refused to ban him OR warn him because it "didn't happen in the server."
And he never got banned by the way. Even though he was unbearable to be around as always, on his first day in the server AFTER we had warned von he was annoying, fighting literally with von herself on what was cannon and what wasn't. He also invalidated many others including myself, for example he said that yanagis abusive relationship wasn't serious due to the fact it was a high school relationship, he said that in front of me, someone who still hasn't recovered from an abusive relationship. He also called ojimas trauma response annoying, which I argue is a bit ableist. I might be wrong but I also believe he made sexual comments on Hiroaki as well, I may be wrong on that one.
But all that and he never got banned, but you know who did get banned?
I was banned via the three strike system they had at the time, at least that's what I believe it was. Now you may think "oh that's fair." Right? In concept it is but.. RHE THREE REASONS WHERE STRAIGHT BUTTHOLE. okay? Now I'll explain all 3 reasons I got banned.
Reason 1: "promoting personal projects." Now yes, I knew that it was a rule to not promote personal projects. "So abolish, why did you do it!?" That's the thing, I DIDN'T. the so called "promoting personal projects" was the fact that someone who WASN'T ME made an arg about me, I had NOTHING to do with it. The guy just told me "what if I made a fan forum about you?" So I laughed and agreed thinking it was a joke, how was k supposed to know he'd make an arg????
Reason 2: "bringing personal drama into a server VC in a way to be deemed targeted." Now this one needs some prior context, me and my friend I believe had a small argument which led to me and him agreeing to stop talking for a few days, I wasn't aware that it also counted voice chats in the beginning. After he asked me to stop joining VCS he was in I listened.
There was a day where I was in the vc general 1 and he was in general 2, my vc had a few people in and and I can't remember who exactly and general 2 had my friend and another one of my friends, I had noticed this and I had said, man I wish I could talk to (other friend in the vc, not the one I had an argument with.) and next thing you know I was timed out for an hour and warned.
Reason 3: "Harassment." this one confused me when it happened, I was banned SECONDS after this warning. That day I barely spoke in tetrocord, so I had to directly dm von on Tumblr even though I KNEW she had me blocked (that detail is important later) because I was unable to even look at her account for like a month. And it turned out that she had unblocked me suddenly, weird! And when I asked her why I was banned for harassment she said "oh me and some mods suspected that you sent me hate asks."
Now remember when I said I couldn't find Vons Tumblr for a month?? YEAH.. how could I have sent her hate asks???? The last ask I sent her was a paragraph on how much I loved tetro pink and appreciated her work!? Plus,,, suspected?? Cmon, I was banned because of speculation and she couldn't bother banning a fucking racist prick.
I know that this isn't that serious and that it's probably horribly worded (I am NOT good at writing) but I thought now was the right time to like, bring this up.
