I believe everyone has a soulmate. Another half that they are missing. The part of them the gods ripped from as souls met with another’s at a time before. I believe you’re my soulmate. I am not yours. I believe at a time before you looked at me the way I wish you look at me in the now, that at some point the glisten in my eyes once meant something to you. I believe this is what it means to be always broken because my better half is with another’s half. Maybe you are her soulmate, maybe she is yours. Maybe you’re another’s soulmate, maybe the same for her. I believe you are my lesson. A lesson I shall never forget. That even if the pieces fit perfectly like a skyline puzzle, doesn’t mean that’s the right pattern. I believe life goes on for another round, that when we stop to breathe we will try to find one another again, maybe that time you will be my soulmate, maybe I will be yours. I believe only time can tell.

reblogging this because it reminds me of a teacher that left this year that told me i was a good write and should think about being a writer or poet ):
“miss of course my writing has to be good it’s my only chance to have it in a book” “best of many”
Why I fell in love
Aries: It felt like sun rays gently kissing my cheeks, every time I was lucky enough to see your smile
Taurus: You were a solid rock, when the people, the places, the world was changing, you stood by me, gave me something to hold onto.
Gemini: You almost terrified me, in how infinitely clever and intelligent you are. Did you scare or flatter me? I don’t really remember.
Cancer: Maybe it was in the way you told terrible jokes, or cried when you saw dogs, or when you’d laugh, or maybe it was all of them at once.
Leo: It was like loving 1000 different sides to same story, the same history, the same person
Virgo: The way you’d lose your sense of space and time diving into a book, no image was more beautiful
Libra: I didn’t want what people told me about you to be right, I needed you to be better than the rumors. And as I’d hoped, you transcended them.
Scorpio: You took charge so effortlessly, like you were born to lead. Your drive and desire to be independent, perhaps it’s what made me want to follow you.
Sagittarius: The conviction in your words was so admirable. I wondered what it would taste like, to kiss those lips which released those thoughts
Capricorn: Maybe it wasn’t about what I knew about you, it was about what I didn’t. You were a mystery, and I longed to solve you.
Aquarius: You were my looking-glass, shattering every single expectation I ever had in someone. You were so different, but I loved you all the more for it.
Pisces: The very moment I saw you. I didn’t care if I’d only know you for one year, one month, or one day. I needed to know more of you.

I think poetry is the most pure form of trying express what are you feeling.
Not very many people can say they love themselves and Im one of them.

i want to tell you I miss you, but I can’t
I want to tell you I love you, but I can’t
I want to tell you I need you, but I can’t
I want to tell you I want you, but I can’t.
I want to tell you that it hurts, but I can’t.
You must stay drunk on writing so reality cannot destroy you.
