/ my odyssey verse, which is basically a space pirate (or starlord if he were some alien pirate dad) already fits m.arvel and i like that quite a lot but - please consider: stargazer. a inter-dimensional traveler through space, twisted fate discovered some monstrosity is consuming entire spheres and he knows it’s only a matter of time before this threat reaches his home. determined to stop this threat, he reports to his team about it but they ignore him! they think this is just another one of his silly tricks. hence why, and this is the fun part, he’s attempting to get other powerful beings on his side so they can help him stop the oncoming monstrosity and prove fate’s not just a joke to be tossed to the side! gosh this sounds so much better and could fit this fandom so well!
