i decided to write the main cons of being fat, because becoming fat is my main fear lol (its like a small note for me to stay motivated)

• beautiful clothes don't fit, and even if it do, it looks strange.

• bullying and mockery from others, even from those closest to you.

• everyone will automatically assume that you eat a lot, and they will offer you a lot of food, even if it doesn't taste good.

• you will look the biggest among your friends.

• difficulties with moving and taking a shower.

• excessive sweating.

• fat people automatically associated with unpleasant smell
