thank you so much!!!!!! i love abby so dearly and i feel like people dont give her the appreciation she deserves, at least not enough of it. yes she is whimsical and kind and endlessly understanding of others but she's also so much more, she has a lot more depth than people make her out to have. she's kind, yes, but she can also be stubborn and prickly, and has a bit of a dry sense of humor, and she doesn't just let people be cruel to her or the people she loves, she may be nice but she's also perceptive of other people and of who is and isn't worth her time. she also has her own emotional struggles and past trauma that i don't see a lot of people analyze despite them largely informing why she is the way she is. in general i wish people focused on her and other kid characters more outside of just being The Kid, because she's really interesting to me and there are so many reasons to like her imo. thank you for the ask anon and i will make sure i make abby art for 10000000 more years!!!!!!!!

ive started workshopping an au in which after the events of fnaf 3 (which we know little to nothing about so far but whatever) charlotte is given a hyper-realistic human-like animatronic body that will change at the same rate that she grows up at so that she can catch up on the years she missed out on after her life was cut short

i get the feeling that they're going to try and put her back to sleep in some way as a conclusion for her character, to try and have her "rest," but to me it seems clear that she doesnt want to rest. she doesnt want to sleep inside of a tiny box all the time. she wants to actually go out and do things. and idk. i think she deserves to get what she wants for once. i think instead of putting her to sleep they should give her some means of making up lost time while guiding her in the right direction and helping her recover from her trauma.

anyway, she lives with the schmidts in this au. she's very close with abby but doesnt really trust mike all too much yet - possessing abby and vanessa and being able to access their memories of him not being the best person towards them both didn't give her a good first impression. henry made her body but she doesnt live with him, his neglect towards her made it too painful for her to have a close relationship with him again, at least for now. i can imagine her visiting vanessa every other day, just to spend time with her

she still has a general distrust of most adults but she doesn't think killing them all is going to solve anything anymore, though that doesnt stop her from having violent tendencies and ideation, and if a grownup is Mean she will absolutely call them a bitch for it. also she's crushed by the guilt of what she's done and the ways she's hurt her loved ones and feels the weight of it constantly but this is a happy au and she's surrounded by people who love and understand her despite everything so. yknow. yaaaayyyyy
