I think that Fallout has different social norms than our universe and it’s a fun idea to play with

Like for example I don’t think people are necessarily offended by nudity, I think depending on where you are the reaction varies from “bro it’s really cold/hot are you feeling okay” to “eh whatever it’s just skin”

I think it’s likely that ghouls/Enclave hold a bit more standards of modesty than other folks bc they remember the old world/are trying to bring it back

I also think that it’s completely normalized and expected that when someone approaches you you pull a weapon out and keep conversations brief
