As you may know, acnlpositivity has ponied up some new mods and I was lucky enough to have been accepted as part of the family with three others, so allow me to introduce myself! I won't bore you with a long introduction, but I just wanted to say "hello, I'm mod Isabelle!" and encourage you all to continue to send messages and suggestions to help maintain the ACNL community's standing as a welcoming and kind fandom!

I look forward to hearing from everyone (including my fellow newbie mods who I'm sure will be making their dashing entrance soon!) and thank you all for your kindness!

Alright everyone, I have quite a bit of interest coming in for being a mod! So there will be... ah lets say... hmm.... 3, new mod positions? This may seem like a lot, so let me explain my reasoning!

Not only do I have quite a it of commissions to do, as well as schoolwork, and the reset town I'm getting today, but the asks come in at a reasonable rate so that I can handle it on my own, but I was thinking, well, after a while, this will get very repetitious, right??

So I was thinking about special events for the Animal Crossing Community! Things like visiting dream towns, and, if people ask for feedback, helping them create a town they would like, or a Hybrid day, where you pick a few friends and give them a few hybrids! Heck, even an adoption event, where, instead of trading a certain villager, you give someone a dreamie! Would that be something anyone would want to do?

achauntinghour (sheikahcrossing's name during October) just straight up gave me one of my dream villagers for free despite the huge inconvenience I must have caused them. They are really a great example of all of the nice people I deal with regularly in this community...I just honestly don't even see any of the hate or drama that other people keep talking about.

vivacheetahgang is a group of multiple bloggers, but they deserve mention. Once my friend and I wanted some Japanese DLC, but it was really hard to find. So Snow offered to bring it over so I could catalogue it. Then, after that plan was made, she saw me offering on a bubble wand and offered to sell me one for half what the other person wanted- and said "I also ordered you the DLC so you can just keep it!" That was my first encounter with AC fandom, and I'll never forget your kindness.

I gave a villager to someone, not asking for anything in return, but they gave me Jacobs ladders and made me art anyway ;u;
