On the Eiffel tower, 1951.
View across the Delaware river from Philadelphia (PA) to Camden (NJ). The industrial buildings belonged to the RCA Victor Company (famous recording company & the inventor of the 45rpm single). The tower in the middle is part of the famous "Building 17" and is the only part of the plant that remains today. It was converted into a 342-loft complex during the 1990s.
Chicago in 1962. In the back, the Allerton Hotel which is an official Chicago landmark since 1998 and still in operation to this day as well as the Hotel St. Clair which is now the Inn of Chicago.
The famous Port Arthur restaurant in Manhattans Chinatown. It opened in 1897 and operated for 85 years on Mott Street before it finally had to close down in 1982.
Aboard the 'France' close to New York (1962).
Washington, D.C. (1962).
