A little bit about myself

Ok, I've seen so many blogs of people recording their weight loss journey and have decided to give it a try. After trying, giving up, trying and giving up again I've decided to cut the crap and do it. I don't regret the bumpy ride I've had so far, it's lead me to this point today. Today is the first day of my new life. Height: 5'7" Current weight: 83kg Goal weight: 70kg I started this morning with a HIIT class. Apart from falling right in front of the class it was great! I didn't feel "gymtimidated" everyone did what they were capable of. I got home and had half an avocado on wholewheat bread and a cup of decaf green tea. I'm going to take the dog for a long walk, come home and relax. Hey, I might even read a book! I'n this moment now I'm feeling great. I'm excited for what's to come 😊
