Yes, i absolutely would like to make a post like that, but im hesitant since my main principle is not to post or comment on any personal information about Adam if it is not connected with his work. Maybe i respect him a little too much. And as a person who loves tattoos and has a lot of them, i understand how personal it can be.

But yes, ive been planning this post for some time 🙈

The story:

THEY USED ADAM'S REAL TATTOO IN THE STORYLINE!

When this 'Trust me' moment occured in E2, i joked on twitter like 'oh wow his 'Trust me' tattoo serves this purpose perfectly, but they probably didn't use it.'

Yesterday, while watching the new episode, i saw they actually used it!!

When Isabelle appears out of the blue after 12 years and brings Daryl with her, it strucks Quinn. He avoids his current partner Anna, and doesn't want to talk to her, briefly saying the newcomers were 'business'.

Ordering wine in the bar, he waves his hand with his 'Trust me' tattoo, then LOOKS DIRECTLY AT THE TATTOO

The closeup. We haven't seen the intentional closeup of it yet but we might! I truly believe it was made on purpose to emphasize Quinn's love to Isabelle (Quinn loved Isabelle, it was confirmed by Lukerya Ilyashenko (Anna) in the recent interview).

Plus, the first appearance of Quinn as The Demimonde's owner involves only his forearms, where in the shadow we can see this 'Trust me' tattoo. You really have to know it is there, tho 🙈

(For normal people not like me: this is Adam's real tattoo, and it actually says 'Trust me')

I brightened it a bit but STILL you have to know it is there! 😂

Ps. I also think his back tattoo is a decent candidate for the storyline but it's just too much to ask for i guess.

Adam Nagaitis to appear in Steven Knight's period drama!

Adam will appear as Lord Lonsdale in S1E5 of 'A Thousand Blows' 12-episodes historical sport drama about illegal boxing.

It is written by TABOO and Peaky Blinders creator Steven Knight and stars Stephen Graham as Sugar Goodson, a veteran boxer.

It's been found out by my amazingly intelligent mutual on X, that Adam most likely plays Hugh Cecil Lowther, 5th Earl of Lonsdale, who was a founding member and first president of the National Sporting Club, and donated the original Lonsdale Belts in 1909 for the boxing championship trophy. His name was later given to the Lonsdale clothing brand of boxing garments and the Lonsdale cigar size.

In 1891 Hugh Cecil Lowther set up the first organised boxing matches with gloves, following the deaths of three boxers in bare-knuckle fights. (i believe this episode might be described in the series)

So it's not just a fictional character, it's a historical figure.

Btw, his wife's name was Grace.

Adam Nagaitis joined the cast of BAFTA-nominated BBC crime drama The Responder for series 2!

Filming will take place in and around Liverpool City Region with support from the Liverpool Film Office.

The hugely successful first series was written by ex-Merseyside Police officer Tony Schumacher, whose time in the force included spells working on patrols in St Helens.
