What's something you tried to learn just so you could incorporate it into your daydreams?

a new language, piano, morse code, sign language, and probably more things that I don't remember atm

I learnt wingdings once (ya know that weird symbol font undertale fans took over) but I can't remember much now. Small phrases in several languages. Trying to learn flute currently. Planning to learn German when I can finally drop French in school (I struggle to do 2 at once)

A lot of the things for me have been small things specific for each au/paracosm but rn I'm trying to figure out how clouds and electricity work cause I'm into bnha now and now Shirakumo and Kaminari are some of my main paras. I don't understand either tho :/

Also I play flute btw and its a very top tier instrument

Hey hope you're well. Im going around asking all the mdding tumblrs I can find this question. Does Anyone know of any online therapists that deal with maladaptive daydreaming? Pretty please I'm desperate & talkspace is to expensive for me.

I'm afraid I don't know any I apologize! I wonder if it'd be easier to find a therapist and ask them about madd to see if they can help and if anyone has any advice on getting your therapist understand then I'd like to hear it too because I need it. But anon I hope you're able to find what you need!

Do y'all ever try to change the appearance of para but your brain keeps changing it back?

YES like once i was trynna make a para have blonde hair but it kept going back to brown and my favorite para was supposed to have straight hair but it ended up curly cuz my brain changed it but i don’t mind i’m happy with how they look😭

This happens to me a lot so what I do is draw my para's new design and look at it and it then I'm able to actually change it. If you can't draw you could make your para in a picrew or something so you're able to see it and then start imagining your para with their new design. (I also do this other things such as the layout of a house so it'll start making sense instead of my brain making up the weirdest looking house)
