Another injury to add to the collection. I broke my left wrist doing cleans. As of now i have a herniated disk, a torn tendon on my right wrist and a broken left wrist...am I ever going to compete again 🤔

Rather than being angry or upset, I'm just so incredibly sad. Not about who's going to be the next president but about what it says about us as a whole. We live in a society where blatant sexism, racism, xenophobia, homophobia is celebrated rather than frowned upon. Honestly, I feel like everything I've ever stood for was tossed in a garbage can.
