i'm fat, i'm hairy, i'm sweaty, and i'm visibly brown. even though i dress femme, 95% of wlw like that loser who did those tags wouldn't look at me twice because i dont fit their standards of a femme: white skinny blonde hairless and waifish

I’m so grateful for my younger self that put in deep work to get me where I am now. I feel that way every day too. I wake up and think that I am so grateful for me of yesterday that put me in a good position for today. She ate healthy, nourishing foods. She cleaned up, she took care of her hair and skin, she trained well even if she didn’t feel like it, she sat down and studied, she put in a hard days work, she kept a good relationship with her loved ones, she was financially responsible. That’s how you have a good week which turns into a good month which turns into a good year. You make sure that your younger self is actively working to secure a good spot for your future self.

I sincerely hope every artist gets to have the experience of falling in love with their art someday. even if you have to fight for it. i think we all deserve to look at the result of our creativity all giddy and go holy shit, I loved making this! I love the lines I put down and the colors I used and the indulgences I’ve taken. I love seeing things I liked and taking it for my own, pushing and molding and playing. I can’t wait to do it again
