柿を練り込んだ白餡を羽二重餅で包み、寒天でコーティングして艶を出したお菓子ですが、羽二重餅を柿色に染めて、柿を模した美しいお菓子でもあります。ねっとりした牡蠣の味わいと羽二重餅の柔らかさの組み合わせが絶妙でとっても美味しいです。

So it turns out that I didn't post her, so here's my other ancient; Bright Persimmon cookie.

Her soul jam is the light of Hope, and she's an ancient rarity support cookie

She's based on the persimmon fruit, as well as both mesopotamian and Estonian culture in her design
