I have had a lot of really different jobs.

I am finally on the path to my dream job, in an extremely prestigious university program. Two things.

One, I still doubt if this is what I really want. I was the only one of thousands of applicants selected for this program, I have talked about applying to this for years, but still I'm like, Is this really right for me? So know you're not alone if you feel like that at ANY stage in your journey.

Two, people think my crazy past of unrelated opportunities is really cool. They respect me more for having done a bunch of stuff and deciding I didn't like it. I never expected that.

So go out there.

Make mistakes.

Get dirty in life's messes.

You'll come out clean one day.
