JYPN Track

Idk if people realize but 13 people get solo parts for the JYPN track. Imagine a 13 member group and think how many seconds each person gets to sing. Its not that much. So ranting about your favorite artist not winning a game of luck is pointless. All the talented people who weren’t chosen will STILL HAVE special stages and performances at the concert so I don’t see the point in complaining about something no one can control. And 13 members will have solo parts but that doesn’t only 13 people are singing the song. Maybe other JYPN artists will sing the chorus or join in somewhere or they’ll be featured in the MV. We don’t know what exactly is going to happen so might as well make the best of it :)

OMFG

Like I’m a fan on mostly JYP groups but somehow Kai and Krystal creeped up on my dash and automatically became my biases for EXO and f(x). I don’t even pay attention to either group unless they came out with a new song or something. I’ve always shipped them together because it seems like their personalities are very similar and tbh they are aesthetic goals. Their photoshoots together leave me in awe. So today I casually check the tag because my fave current fanfic hasn’t been updated and stumble upon DATING NEWS AND CONFIRMATION WITH PICTURES FROM DISPATCH WTF WTF! Like when rumors came up a few weeks ago it just seemed like a kaistal shipper pooling all their “otp moments” together and I wanted it to be true but it seemed too good. BUT NOW THIS. Even if they aren’t dating and these are pictures of them hanging out, I am an extremely happy Kaistal shipper omfg this news made my day.

I don’t think people realize how much of an impact this kind of support can have, I don’t think everyone knows what these little things can mean to us.

It may just be me, I don’t know. But every single time I see this on my dash or on someone’s blog or anywhere else, I kind of just breathe a sigh of relief. That’s one more person who cares. That’s one more person who doesn’t hate me.

Because it means so much, especially when all the media is spewing out is that I’m a terrible person and no one wants people like me near them. It means so much because I’m tired of people who won’t sit next to me in class, or who choose to join the longer line at the grocery store because they don’t want to be beside me and my family. It means so much when I have to lift my head any time someone says the words Islam or Muslim because I’m scared that they’ll say something that’ll hurt, when I have to pay attention to the news because who knows what so and so is saying now, who knows which of my people are being attacked now, who knows what’s going to happen to me now.

It means so much because I’ve been given the idea that the world is against me. And a huge part of it may be, but at least I’ve been reminded that some of it, just a small group of people, acknowledges that I’m a person too. That people like me are just that, people.

Maybe it’s just me, I don’t know. But now you do, so thank you for believing that I’m human when so many people don’t.
