Gustav Klimt Brought to Life by Photographer Inge Prader.

Austrian photographer Inge Prader recently recreated Gustav Klimt’s masterworks for Style Bible, a part of the Life Ball Charity Event in Vienna, Austria.  A team of over 50 professionals worked on the demanding photography project which raises funds to help those with HIV/AIDS.  Makeup artists, costume designers, set designers, lighting specialists and many others worked with models and fully ornamented props to bring to life the fascinating, erotically charged work that Klimt is known for during his “Golden Phase.”

年初是歸零，完全的歸零。

歸零之後是再出發

再出發之後很有幸能成功站穩，感謝身邊所有人。

站穩之後是順風，順風之後是迷惘與倦勤。

迷惘之後是遠離與放空，重新認識自己，重新設定基本心態。

很巧，於公於私都是這樣的節奏。

自以為自己是公私分明的人，然就解果論，存在高度正相關。

2013 最後五天異常精彩，完全大爆發，但也刺激我再去思考新設定的本質是對還是錯。

2014 只希望不管公還是私都能到下個 Level

持續學習成長這就是我唯一的願望。

2013 的遺憾就是有意與無意中傷害了幾個人，不敢說 2014 不再傷害人這種鬼話，只要能少傷害一點人，程度低一點，那就夠了。

95年後的今天，大家記得米老鼠，卻已經忘記第一部米老鼠電影叫作 Steamboat Willie，他是第一部有聲動畫電影。我想大部分人也不知道 Steamboat Willie 是卡通版的 Steamboat Bill；大部分人卻很清楚那個作者半夜看到老鼠誕生出米老鼠角色的故事。

這段故事讓我想到 good artists copy, great artists steal，這段老掉牙的名言。

然而成功的關鍵因子，到底是米老鼠的力量，或是第一部有聲動畫電影呢？

上星期六在 inside salon 分享了一些這段日子學到的籌資經驗，有興趣的人可以看看下面投影片。

幾個事情當時沒想到現在想要再補充一下：

如果你想要做消費型應用，籌資是很重要的一項工作，一開始要先計劃好慢慢執行，不能想要等到產品做好再籌資。

演講時有個回答答錯了，就是其實 Cubie 一開始的時候是有準備籌資，可惜沒辦法籌到錢（在前年也被 500 Startups 拒絕過一次）。所以，就像投影片第 57 面的時候講的，撐到產品上線後再籌錢也是一個選擇，雖然賭注很大，但沒辦法籌到錢也不代表你（創業者）的看法是錯的。

Confluence.

This past Wednesday, September 4th the group show “Confluence" opened at FIFTY24SF and features artists such as Lauren YS, Adam Caldwell, and Oliver Vernon (all above) plus many other great artists.  The show revolves around the intersection of several different styles and the resulting effect of their crossing paths.
