hello! admin m from the admin team here bringing very saddening news.
after much deliberation the past week or so, ADVENT CHILDREN will be closing. there isn’t any big reasoning, anything horrible to say; we brought advent back as a hope to bring forth the same feeling we had when we originally opened in april last year. while the run we had since this coming august was wonderful, and every member we’ve had and currently have are wonderful individuals, the admin team have decided to close due to time and lack of muse.
it’s a busy time currently with schooling-- and perhaps it wasn’t the best decision to open a roleplay at the end of summer. most members are in school or busy with personal lives, and that is completely okay! real life always comes first, and that’s what we’re doing here as well; while we love advent children and all of the muses and muns that were and are apart of it, we have decided to close, as it’s been increasingly hard to bring forth muse and to keep it up and running.
while the directory may not be active, you are more than welcome to continue posting and roleplaying on your accounts! keep friendships, make new ones! we’re sorry to drop this on you guys, and we’re sorry to our old, current, and future members that were planning to join.
