I'm perfectly fine with a polyamorous relationship. I'm not sure if she has feelings for me to because we work together and she is careful with what she talks about at work. I'm asking because I'm scared of telling her how I feel. I can't do it while we're working together because it could get us both fired if anyone found out. I've been looking for a new job because I hate working there but I have no idea if I should tell her or not once I leave

Seems to me that this has been bugging you for quite some time. You’re afraid if you talk to her and she rejects you it becomes awkward. But if you don’t it’ll leave you with all of these questions. My advice to you is to talk to her but not at work. Go get some lunch and let her know how you feel.:) If you keep questioning it, you’ll never feel better. I would do it when you feel it is right. If you feel more comfortable once you get a new job then do it. If not just tell her when you two find time to chill. Personally I would say something soon because you never know what could happen. If the outcome is not what you expect and she makes it awkward then that is her fault. There is nothing more mature than someone who is honest about their feelings. I've been dating this girl for about 4 months now and I feel terrible because I'm gay. I want to break up with her but I really don't want to hurt her feelings. what should I do?

Well honesty is the best policy here. No matter what you say it will hurt. don’t continue this relationship any longer. The sooner you do this, the more understanding she will be. :) If she truly cares about you she will understand. Just sit her down and speak from your heart. Good luck on your future endeavors!

I have feelings for my assistant manager/friend. I don't know what to do. She also recently came out to me as Bi and told me her an her boyfriend are wanting a polyamorous relationship. What should I do?

Well first of all how do you feel about a polyamorous relationship? Second if you have feelings for your friend, does she have feelings for you too? Please give more details as to what you are asking. Are you asking for advice for yourself and your feelings or the fact that she has come out to as Bi and wanting a polyamorous relationship?

Dear Dakota I need your help! What do you do when a crazy girl doesn't stop texting you??? In the beginning I was being nice but this girl doesn't get the hint! I told her I wasn't interested in her,Not looking, told her to stop trying, ignore her, even block her from my phone! (But that doesn't work unless you pay for it.) Please help me! this girl is crazy. (I met her on tumblr)

Oh now this is a dilemma. I’ve been in a situation like this before. It’s crazy how you can meet someone on here and get a negative outcome. *sigh* anyway sounds like you have done it all. My advice to you is this, If someone this crazy has been bothering you this much you need to continue ignoring her. If this is more than just messaging you would need to seek further assistant with higher authority because this becomes a stalker. But if it is just messaging, You can 1.) call your phone company and ask for her number to be block permanently that way no harm is to be done. 2.) go online and find a message that has says,”the number you have message is no longer in service. This works well if you text a landline number and copy and paste that. **Note** make sure you change the number to yours. This works well because the girl thinks your phone is disconnected. Continue sending this message because she will stop messaging you. 3.) if all else fails talk to getting a new number most phone companies are more than willing to change a number due to circumstances.
