If I have kids, I’m going to teach them that hunger should not be used as a comfort.

If I have kids, I’m going to teach them how to cook delicious and nutritious food.
If I have kids, I’m going to teach them that it’s ok not to eat perfectly 100% of the time.
If I have kids, I’m going to teach them that they shouldn’t be underweight.
If I have kids, I’m going to teach them they shouldn’t be overweight.
But most importantly,
I’m going to teach them that they don’t have to be perfect and I’ll love them unconditionally no matter what.
