Oh wow, someday one day I’ll feel my girlfriend’s heartbeat, now I just need to find her…
One day, someone will feel my heartbeat. I just have to find that someone... 💔

Check-up day 7 ✅
My heart is beating faster and faster every day 😏
Check-up day 6 ✅
(I'm waiting for the old man to say that 90 is too fast for rest 😝)
No checkup Day 6 ? 😝
I'll try to make it today 😝❤️🔥
One of my favorite resus couple videos 🥹
Check-up day 5 ✅
Also a special gift for @frenchmedicalfetish 🫢💕
I was just shown how the real-time heart rate data collection program works (those things that allow you to transfer data from fitness bracelets or monitors to someone's phone, etc. in real time)
How can I stop thinking about this? 😭🥵
Check-up day 4 ✅
(The test was done several times for greater accuracy)
One Last Beat
Part 1
(Hi everyone! I created my own character who will become the main character of my future stories. This is my first little piece, and I hope that the translator and I managed to do a good enough job. I’d love to hear your suggestions for Jack’s story development in the comments, as well as any topics you’d be interested in reading about or learning more about when it comes to him.)
At the age of 25, Jack understood that his heart was struggling. The truth was, he could die at any moment. Years of an unhealthy lifestyle — constant stress, endless piles of work, his addiction to nicotine and energy drinks — had taken their toll. And the rare disease he had unfortunately inherited was now slowly destroying his heart.
At the moment, no suitable donor heart had been found — one that his body would accept after transplantation. Soon, he was planning to try one of the illegal experimental procedures that could either give him a few more moments of life or take away what little he had left.
(But that’s a story for another time.)
Right now, Jack was on his way home from work. Once again, he hadn’t managed to finish the project on time, and staying late at the office had become a routine. It didn’t really matter anyway. There was no one waiting for him at home. His girlfriend Jessica hadn’t been able to endure having a partner who was constantly absent from her life.
Outside his building, the man bought an energy drink and a pack of cigarettes. Dawn was breaking — he had spent another entire night at the office. A traitorous burning sensation spread through his chest. His heartbeat felt unbearably heavy, as if his pump had suddenly grown too large for his own body.
Jack sat down and leaned his back against the corner of his house. He pulled out a cigarette and lit it. As always, he had forgotten about the medication his doctor had prescribed after his first heart attack. The pills were still inside his apartment on the fifth floor.
He tried to relax, but his heart continued to fail him. His breathing grew heavier, slowly turning into desperate attempts to gasp for air. His chest rose and fell violently, every heartbeat sending a wave of unbearable pain behind his sternum.
Cold sweat appeared on his forehead and neck. The horizon, where the sun was beginning to rise, became increasingly blurry. His vision swam. With a trembling hand, he reached for the collar of his white shirt and pulled at it, trying to relieve at least some of the unbearable pressure. After several attempts, he tore off a couple of buttons, and his arm fell helplessly onto his knee.
Now, almost everything he saw had faded into darkness. His heart fluttered irregularly in his chest, every beat echoing with a sharp, stabbing pain.
Thump-thump....... thump.....thump..............thump.
The rhythm slowly began to fade.
A sudden wave of excruciating pain pierced through his heart, forcing the dying organ to stop for a few seconds…
To be continued?
I'm thinking about writing my own cardio story. I don't think it will be dark or erotic. I don't even know how long it will be.
The only thing I know for sure (actually, it's two things) - I really want to do this and now is the best time to finally allow myself to do everything I once wanted. And the second, more unpleasant thing is that I am very bad at understanding medical details and the story might give some doctors their own heart attack, and also - I'll have to use the best translator because I can't write in English very well 🥴🥺
If you saw this post, know me and want to support me, or just want to see another cardio story, please support this post with any comment 🥰
Yam yam👀
You can order commissions from me, but only for rubles😔
Check-up day 3 ✅ (as always, the readings were taken at rest)
For the person who asked for it 🙃
Check-up day two 🤭
(All measurements were taken at rest, both today and yesterday).
The first attempt to reach maximum BPM. Average success so far.
Way too much background noise :((
Afternoon check-up ✅🩺
