Check out this Hannibal fic by @virdant​ ! The themes and format of the story inspired me to want to draw a manga version for it but alas, no time. Here’s a marker sketch instead! Only 2 markers used for this lol.....had to get different shades by marking the tip of the lighter marker with the darker one.

WIP of my SinoAlice Snow White drawing, when I couldn’t decide whether to cover up the cello with her leg or not. I also haven’t done digital lineart in a while so this was a struggle haha. The story behind this one: I really wanted to make this cosplay but I don’t have time (starting rotations soon!) or the space to store it. SO I drew it instead ~(^o^)~

fic - hannibal (tv) - inosculation

Inosculation by virdant (Will Graham/Hannibal Lecter (with a bonus of Encephalitis the dog), G, 3126 words, post-s3 speculation, a celebration of food)

After the Red Dragon, Will and Hannibal transplant themselves across the Pacific Ocean, to a small island off the coast of China, to the night markets of Taipei.

inosculation (n.) - a natural phenomenon in which trunks, branches, or roots of two trees grow together

Hannibal watches as Will dips the spoon into the pig’s brain soup. He breaks off a piece of the brain, catches a stalk of cabbage, and drinks.

“Doesn’t taste like much,” Will says.

“Yours would have been different,” Hannibal promises.

“Pretty bland,” he continues, ruthlessly. “Soft. Mushy. Not very flavorful.”

“Will,” Hannibal says, as mild as ever. Will can read the protestation in his voice. “Do you truly think you could be bland and flavorless to me?”

As if Hannibal has never said anything, Will says, “Broth’s decent.” He scoops another bite, drinks it, and nods. “Is this how you would have cooked it?”

“I don’t know,” Hannibal says. He knows that it’s merely a pig, but the sight of Will steadily consuming the brain is enough to drive him to honesty. “Perhaps.”

“Hm.” He takes another bite. “Want some?”

I asked my friend @virdant to write a Lunar New Year fic about fluffy dogs, because I wanted to draw a dog, and this is what happened....:D Stay tuned, I am finishing the picture tonight!

I’m excited to announce the Boku no Hero Academia fashion fanzine I’ve been working on for months! This perfect-bound, 5.5 x 8.5 inch art zine features over 40-pages of full-colored fan works of the kiddos of Class 1-A, along with their friends and mentors, all dressed to impress. All 20 students of Class 1-A will have solo portraits so your favorite will get their own page to shine. 

The zine will also feature guest artwork from my friends teasidesketches, hasuyawwn, mikahlaart, adzusai, tothesunnyside, squidyjen. They’re amazing and very talented so I’m excited to have them. Be sure to check out their social media pages!
