I headcanon Anton as being an insomniac, which only got worse after Oleg died. He would have constant nightmares about their last argument and being the one to take his life, so after a while, he gave up on having a proper sleep schedule in general. Nobody around him seemed to notice, since he was high functioning and didn't slow down enough for it to be a problem. Too miserable to find peace, yet too functional to get help. Not so different from the systems he would oppose.
