Some of my favorite portraits in ISAT have always been Siffrin’s “masked” ones. There’s just something so spot on with them that despite the game’s simple art style it feels handcrafted to have an artificial, almost physical-mask-like quality. You look at them and you know that’s not a real smile. Obviously this is helped by Siffrin’s actually happy smiles being so much more different and natural by contrast, but I think even without seeing those one could tell.

Anyways I really like drawing his same ass ^_^ face a lot for that reason
