Sometimes I think about how TB fans hate and ridicule the green characters for all those moments when they behaved - you know, like normal living people. Aegon jumped off his dragon? Yes, because he didn't want to die, and it was inevitable if he stayed with Sunfyre to the end. Aemond was trying to unbuckle himself from the saddle, staring at Daemon in horror? Yes, because he didn't want to die either, and that's okay! No one wants to die, it's realistic, it makes the characters alive and sympathetic. For me, this is much more touching than Daemon jumping from one dragon to another, violating all the laws of physics, or Rhaenyra cursing her brother almost from Sunfyre's stomach.
