Since I've separated out of the US Navy, being a civilian hasn't been easy. I was recently hired but until they open, I'm a stay at home mama. We've been surviving on one income and it hasn't been easy keeping up with the bills. Ethan works really hard for not enough pay but lucky for us, his family has helped us survive by housing us and feeding us. I feel that my passion and talent will bring more success and help us live more comfortably if I could just afford the equipment. I don't want to be famous. I just want to share my talent with makeup because I have a strong feeling that that's where my success will come from. Please, help me reach my dreams. ITS BEEN A LONG TIME

A very long time since I've exposed any of my thoughts, feelings, and whateverness. I'm kind of contemplating on blogging here again as I sit carelessly on the toilet trying to poop. Hehe. Many of us females do too much for our significant others that often lead us to expectations. Expectations lead to disappointments when satisfaction isn't met... Obviously.

Insecurities ruin everything. Rots the shit out of love. A lot of the time they won't understand that. But they have their insecurities too... And most of the time we don't understand that either. Little did we know, flaws and all are mutually accepted yet we still beat ourselves up over them.

Men will be men. Adapt to their mindset. Play their game. You'll be fine.

You're not stupid. Stop tryna play stupid thinking it's cute.

Oh, and don't change the tone of your voice thinking that's cute too. No.

Stop hunting down a reason to leave him/her. He/she's there, right? There is time devoted to you, right? This keen eye of yours hasn't actually witnessed anything wrong, right? Bring it up if it bothers you that bad. Stop picking at every little move and questioning it to yourself. Build-up is the worst. We're all bad liars. You'll catch the truth with hesitated words and stutters. Until then, enjoy the present.

Teammates. Not Siamese twins.

Be exactly who you were when you were single. There's obviously a reason why they liked your style in the first place. Never think that you have to change to keep them interested.

I'm laying on the ground, with my stomach against the floor and this laptop glaring in front of me. The last time I did this was when I was nineteen years old. Nineteen and oblivious to the fact that it was just about time to move on from this comfort zone I called "home". Time to move on and support myself. And the realization happened instantly the moment my insecurities creeped up about my future. And my journey of independence began as soon as I signed that piece of paper. I was afraid and excited to experience the unfamiliar. Little did I know of my weaknesses and how much growing up I had to do. I learned how hard it is to let go and how much easier it is said than done. I've learned more of my flaws and my pet peeves and how much tolerance I have for bullshit. How was I once this careless girl who hardly gave a fuck what people thought? Why couldn't I have given a fuck then and not give a fuck now? Why is it so hard for me to trust?

TRUST. The most important thing in a relationship, and here I am with him deep in his slumber on the bed next to me and I'm doubting everything. The insecurities tearing me apart. It's come to the point where I've forgotten my worth. The thing is, I could see my worth but I can't grasp it.

It's hard for me to believe that things won't ever change... Including feelings. Even when I want to believe that change doesn't have to be bad. Change could be us growing...

And I'm just going to end this here because I don't want to think about it anymore. I want to get lost.

This is my cute seestar.

She likes turning my laptop on so she can photowhore on photobooth.

The first time I was hung over, she came running into my room to wake me up in the morning, just to ask what we were going to do that day, but I had no energy. She made me chicken nuggets and made sure I ate to get me better .. so we can do something, lol.

We’re loud together, our family knows it.

Because I couldn’t think of a tattoo to get, she swayed me into getting my septum pierced after saying she’d do it too. Then while I was getting it done, she got scared and was close to chickening out. She obviously did it.

She liked napping in my room and using this bean pillow all. the. time at our old house in Milpitas. It’s not even a comfortable pillow.

She chose to enlist in the Navy a few years ago and is currently stationed in Maryland and I miss her all the time.

I don’t think I’ll be seeing her for my graduation, but if anything, I’d like to make my way out there to hang out with her again sometime this year and stay longer at that.

Then we can get drunk and hang out at that gazebo on base again. Lawls.

I have so many pictures of her on my laptop right now because she would take so many while I was around doing something else. 

She’s one of my favorite people in the east coast right now. 

Because she’s finally warmed up to that side of the coast, all the more reason to move out there and be close by again.

She says I suffocate her with my boobs when we hug, but I know she likes it because they’re soft like pillows ;;).

Slowly. My intuition's slowly creepin' up on me. Things are changing. Slowly. And I want to silence this intuition I harbor deep within my gut but its whispers are so loud and it's slowly taking a toll on me. You. My intuition says I'm slowly losing you. And I won't admit it to anyone. I argue over and over with the other voice in my head telling me to start keeping my guard up because I'm about to get hurt. Maybe my eye is too keen on you that I kind of wish I was oblivious. Oblivious to the change. We're losing consistency. I wish I were a little more ignorant because you know what they say... Ignorance is bliss. And if I just ignored my negativity, I'd be in pure bliss.
