I'm taking a lot of inspiration for my physical appearance and life from Shakespearean women, specifically Ophelia, and women of myth, like Guinevere and Nimue (The Lady of The Lake) in Camelot stories.

I grew up in the small town of Llangrannog, Wales with my wizard father and muggle mother. My parents taught me about magic from a young age and my father would often take me on his outings. He is works for a company that takes care of ad investigates abnormalities in magical plants. Basically a magical gardener/botanist. I grew up tending to a garden of magical plants and herbs. My mother, on the other hand, was a muggle school teacher in the village, but decided to homeschool me. My parents wanted to include the basics of magic in my education.
We quickly learned I was quite adapt at Herbology like my father but also had an affinity for Astronomy. I was an avid reader growing up, spending most days in my attic bedroom reading both magical and muggle books. I played with the muggle children of the village, but never made any solid friends.
The strangest thing about my childhood was that I would often wander off. Once, in a particularly strong storm, I wandered from the house and disappeared into the moors. My parents found me the day after, perfectly safe and dry, sleeping under a tree.

I am in the same year as Harry and often compete with Hermione Granger and Draco Malfoy for top marks. Hermione and I do like to study together though, and have formed a Women's Study group that's inclusive to all grades. Our meeting spot is in the library but we may need to move elsewhere in the fifth year...
I do exceptionally well in Herbology, Astronomy, and Divination. While I'm not bad at it, D.A.D.A., is not my best subject, purely because I get confused with the constant changing of teachers.
I am generally friendly to everyone and don't really get involved in drama. Even Slytherins like me! Pansy and Blaise are both friendly to me, and Draco and Theo tolerate me even though we don't hang out. However, people like to tell me secrets and trust me enough to keep them. I am honest enough to.
The house elves like me too, and let me sneaks snacks from the kitchens.
Older students know me as well, specifically those on the Quidditch team after I joined Lee Fletcher as an announcer for the matches in second year! We have a lot of fun calling out the plays and switch off for who represents each house. For example, if Hufflepuff and Slytherin are playing, I might call out Slytherin plays while he calls out Hufflepuff!
I don't play quidditch but I can fly reasonably well.
I wear a lot of different styles but I like white clothes (that never stain or go like grey) and romantic artsy clothes or dark academia style.
I take music class as an extracurricular where I learn music theory, practice my French horn, harp, and lyre. We have a Yule concert every year, and play at the graduation ceremony.
In the fifth year, Dumbledore chooses me as a prefect (I've scripted that there's two boys and two girl prefects), but I do not end up becoming Head Girl.
