My son is 4 years old and has a whole imaginary back story. He has a son and a daughter and he makes his living by selling dvds out of his truck. He is also trying to become a pastry entrepreneur and has a rock back on the side. Then one day he said to call an ambulance cause his kids were sick. That was days ago and he now refuses to talk about his kids. Should I be worried?

Why is it that in anime and k dramas...

People get colds like every time they get wet. Leave a window open at night? Sick. Get rained on? Sick. And then they act as if the cold is some horrible thing that requires intensive care. I really am just curious and don't understand it at all.
