Have a "bunbarian". Commission. Painted clumsily in Rebelle.
A whole dark elf, its been a while. Commission for a patient ESO player.
Time runs faster than I can notice it, but I was not completely passive in art department. Some commissions, ESO and other settings.
I am dipping my toes in.. yes GW2. I completely forgot I had an account, bought for baze game over 10 years ago. Back then it felt very asian/anime though I barely went further than tutorial quest. This time it feels more steampunky and oh the architecture design! Loading screens and concept art I've always liked, though. Anyway, I saw a Sylvari somewhere here on Tumblr and suddenly remembered I liked them. Went to download the game, found an RP guild etc etc. Got a training dummy to practice on. Done in Rebelle 7. I again forgot how to use their oil brushes..
Me too, tumblr, me too.
Damn, I forgot I started this. Need to finish >_<
Its been a while since anyone asked me to paint an orc. And this is a rare kind of orsimer, must tell you, not your typical "hack and smash" as roleplayers, for some reason, usually trying to portray them, but wise and calm man. Photoshop, greyscale to colour.
Never drawing wings, ever again. Jk.
Portrait of an Altmer, commission. Done in Rebelle.
Been a while since someone commissioned inked stuff! Learned that halftone brush is a bit too crude to my taste (or for such detailed image) so went with "ink wash" for "dramatic light".
Very unusual commission request. Had to do some research, "what is a good silhouette drawing". Apparently a genre of its own with very clear rules.

Typical, new style starting as something "quick" turns with time into detailed and polished. I am hopeless.
More Rebelle7 portraits. Commissions.
Something different this time. A bit of digital detox as I am trying to tackle traditional watercolours again. These are workshop works, so I cannot take credits for fantastic composition or how the subject is translated to watercolours, but one should start somewhere, right? At least I somehow manage the flow of water and assume more and more control of this medium.
Decided to try to move one of my "watercolour" commissions (usually done in CSP from start to finish) to Rebelle, after I refine "pencily" lines and slap flats on different layers. Wow. I mean. No need for multiplys and overlayes, just pure pigment love and all that. Just need to remember to hit F key (fast dry) to prevent paint from spreading too much and learn more about brushes, but myyyy. Just drop of blue into red and here we go, all mixes naturally. I might keep CSP only for first phase. Still dont like Rebelle's pencils one bit.
