Putting these out there for the curious! But also because if anyone has prompts/suggestions/etc I'm willing to hear them! I have. A Good Chance of coming up with ideas for prompts as I go or even realizing I can combine things together but y'know this is where I am

I have completed the Genshin Impact main story. So that's a thing. Also willing to take Honkai Impact 3rd and Star Rail Prompts. Other fandoms I may be willing to entertain are ff7, ffx, yoi, rwby, and atla. I make no promises for anything in the 'may be willing to entertain' section tho)

free day: Kiana tried say something, she really did. But Himeko didn't really believe her since she had a habit of trying to get out of class. Fast forward to that evening when Himeko finds her in the bathroom dazed with a fever, etc.

Sick in More Ways than One: trailblazer! probably stelle! leaning into the stelleron doing weird shit! Thinkin she picks up something from the crew just in general but it's not Bad:tm: and then she also goes to help herta with SU stuff and things go... south due to a weird interaction in the SU!

sleepy sickie: Shortly after they're reunited in the Chasm, Lumine realizes something is wrong with Xiao-more than his exhaustion, though it certainly plays a factor in everything. He's tired, all the wants to do is sleep. But he's injured and fevered and it gets worse, before it gets better.

head pain/injury/ache: Fu Xuan has a migraine, and perhaps should be resting instead of working, but Jing Yuan has not returned to full duty and someone must hold down the Luofu, after all. (Jing Yuan is not particularly amused)

(this list is teaching me I might use too much plot in my sickfics but im not really sorry about it)

Side note but while browsing AO3 I found someone had used the tag "Khaslana killed everyone he ever loved including himself" and I just, yeah that sums it up.

Anyway I of course added it to my half-character study sickfic and I lowkey wonder if we can get it canonized because its just. Perfect.

Summary:

It didn't matter, he could push himself forward. He'd done it before, he'd do it again. Khaslana had already watched everyone he'd ever loved die - no, it was worse than that. He'd killed everyone he'd ever loved with his own two blood soaked hands. What did it matter if he destroyed himself, too?

it's writing season again!

... no but really I'm very sorry for disappearing but it seems like every year I have a gap Somewhere where I just dont write at all. Ive been in the mental health dumps but I'm going to try and do some writing because it often helps if I can drag it out of me.

I will be trying to finish my handful of remaining prompts! and other stuff!

New thought currently On the Brain (probably due to recent star rail updates) is Dan Heng sick while they're on the Luofu and tries to hide it. Gives stelle (or march? maybe both) a heck of a scare and they end up in the alchemy commission.

Except he's taken alone for examination and has to contend with his discomfort abt the process alone. Oooor maybe something serious comes up and the girls have no choice but to go take care of it, Dan Heng even insists they do. But it doesn't make him any happier to be alone on the Luofu because he's not... comfortable there, and he doesn't like being weak in a safe place much less somewhere he decidedly doesn't feel safe.

Written for Day 18 of @monthofsick's Novemetober Rescheduled event, Unfamiliar Surroundings.

Warnings: Vomiting, (not super descriptive, but get sick on the floor. and get it in his hair. etc) Temporary Blindness. (platonic) bedsharing. (I don't think that's a Warning necessarily but it's good to know)

Summary:

Novemetober Day 18: Unfamiliar Surroundings. I played a bit with this one because I leaned less into that the room is unfamiliar and more that Su is unfamiliar navigating without all of his senses intact. (though the room IS unfamiliar) There's a whole AU that goes with this but the details aren't important. Just know Su is acclimating to having a body again after spending an untold amount of time in the Imaginary Space, spends most of the fic blind. Icing on the cake of awkwardness, Su becomes sick after they've turned in for the night. It works out.

Have a lil snippet of a scene driving me Insane (it's from like a prologue intro chapter. so much of this thing is already buzzing in here).

Warning for some gore mentions and also very mild (nongraphic in the snippet) vomiting. And a tilt towards, like, passive suicidal thoughts/tendencies. ... oh yeah and Major Character Death.

It wasn't supposed to be like this. He wasn't supposed to outlive Diluc.

The streets are quiet, but Mond would bear scars of the town center becoming a battlefield for a very long time, Kaeya thought. Buildings were damaged, the streets were damaged. He couldn't bring himself to worry about that, now.

The air was thick with the scent of smoke, but it was the scent of blood that choked the cavalry captain.

Diluc was halfway in an alleyway, the walls bore signs of his blazing Vision. The claymore was buried in the body of one of the monstrosities that had been ripping through the city only moments ago.

Diluc laid in a strange sprawl, head at the wrong angle, and one arm twisted under him; obviously broken. The black garments of The Dark Knight Hero were shredded almost beyond recognition, revealing rending wounds across his chest and abdomen, the smell of a perforated intestine strong in the air as Kaeya dropped to his knees beside the fallen figure.

It wasn't supposed to end this way.

Kaeya gathered his brother's broken form into his arms for a moment, seeking a pulse that he knew he would not find. Many had died this night, but Kaeya hadn't imagined that Diluc - the light of the Ragnvindr family, owner of the Dawn Winery, the uncrowned king would have been among them. Not in any of the worst-case scenarios he had indulged in. This was...

He was torn, pinned between conflicting, awful emotions. Rage and grief and Kaeya wasn't sure how to put them to words. Wasn't sure how he was supposed to move forward.

He wasn't. He wasn't supposed to move forward, he wasn't supposed to outlive his brother. He was the traitor, a meaningless shadow that should have been forgotten in a storm long ago.

None of it matterd, anymore.

Somehow, it was his fingers brushing over the cold vision that was his undoing. Kaeya twisted, turning away from his brother's body only to vomit onto the heat-scorched stone.

It wasn't supposed to end this way, but Kaeya knew it couldn't be taken back, now. He'd never get to make up with Diluc, he'd never get to apologize. Never find a way to get that smile aimed at him again.

His hand was shaking when he swiped it across his mouth to erase the traces; Kaeya clenched it into a fist to force it to stop as he lowered it back to his side. Archons, he wanted a drink.

There was work to be done, people to inform, clean up to complete.

It wasn't supposed to end this way, but the dead were gone, and the living needed caring for. This, Kaeya would do in Diluc's stead.

Novemetober Day 26, Nonverbal Illness Indicators

Warnings: Vomiting, emeto, fever, mentioned nightmares and insomnia. Very brief almost-panic thing.

Written for Novemetober Day 26, Nonverbal Illness Indicators Dan Heng is taking ill, but does his best to hide it. Stelle notices little signs that add up to 'something wrong' but doesn't quite understand what until it's out in the open in front of her. She takes care of him, anyway.

Today in Genshin but only partially sickfic

(under the cut, spoilers for the Act VI: Bedtime Story Archon quests)

But like we know the loom of fate was completed as of the end of Bedtime story, and we know that the voice that Abyss Sibling interacted with was one of the "sinners" and frankly we know that Abyss Sibling wants to destroy celestia. We don't know exactly what they will do with the loom of fate. But... what if that happened, what if they got what they wanted but the result was awful?

Teyvat is burning in horrors that haven't been seen since the Cataclysm, since the Archon Wars even, and the surviving Archons band together to do something insane, something radical, something they aren't even sure will work - they send a select few back in time to try and shape a future in which these horrors are not unleashed on the people. They have a limited window, the Irminsul isn't designed to allow anything to go back and change the memories of Teyvat, after all.

Lumine and Kaeya and Dainsleif, Xiao is tossed in at the last second by Zhongli realizing that even if the Archons remember as they're supposed to he only descends once a year, and someone who can get Lumine support in Liyue may be necessary. (dont ask me how they talk(ed) dain into it because I dont know. currently.)

They're pushed back as far as the Archons can manage, and that turns out to be... the day Diluc turned 18. They wake up in their own bodies, with their own memories. Kaeya with the looming knowledge of what day it is, of the personal horror that is about to be unleashed on his family. Lumine orienting in a body that has been in a coma for give-or-take 500 years.

(there is significant injury recovery and sickfic that I am imagining given the Situations:tm: they get into the middle of and some conflict between their minds and bodies. etc.

Imagine for me a feverish Kaeya begging for Diluc and apologizing repeatedly and Diluc not really understanding what for. Crepus too.

Imaging the mistrust of the Traveler given a strange person materialized and then Ursa the Drake attacked and nearly killed the entire family and *then* Kaeya got sick and he's acting strangely!

Imagine the guilt the traveler is carrying knowing their sibling is the reason this was necessary at all. Imagine the traveler, exhausted and injured, but all too aware of the mistrust around them, just leaving before they're remotely recovered due to that guilt. )

I do not! I have a list of wips/things on the horizon, and all of my existing writing is up on my AO3 though!

I'll definitely consider making a masterlist for tumblr directly! though I do not intend to post more than snippets/teasers here. Thanks for the ask!
