Alola! We're the Aether Foundation! We're based in Alola and our mission is to protect and preserver Pokemon of all types! A while back we had a bit of an incident regarding Ultra Beasts but we've been doing our best to clean up the mess that was made. We've been recently told that Rotumblr is a popular platform amongst people now a days so this exists now! Feel free to ask us questions of anything regarding our foundation!
There will be three people who will be running this blog, me, Wicke, the current Leader of the Aether Foundation as our old leader Lusamine has stood down from their position after the Ultra Beast Incident. I use She/Her pronouns!

Basis info bout this blog that takes place 3/4 years after Moon where Lusamine steps down and Wicke takes up the role of President of the Aether Foundation. Overall the Aether Foundation is a better place that works to protect Pokemon and People alike. OOC: Heyo blogrunner here! This is probably the last time I'm gonna post on this blog but I should've made this post regarding the Faller Hub Discord Server sooner. I feel the need to clarify that it's no longer a public community Rotumblr server. While yes we still use Pkmn IRL/Rotumblr as a backdrop and some of the characters on their have their own blogs, it's no longer the primary focus on the server.
And as such it is no longer a community server either, it's a private friends roleplay server. So I've started treating how it's going to be moderated and run as one even if we still do have the framework of a community server for it.
I've been made aware some people are being dm'd about the server who are not on our mod team there and I please request that if you have ANY concerns about it, send them here to this blog. This is due to the Purge we had yesterday which I performed manually so I may have accidentally kicked a few people that I probably shouldn't have. None of the kicks were personal or anything, it's just the Purge.
I'm the problem in question. So we have had an overhaul of the company here from the ranger corps (I called them because I had to take care of 1356 pokemon by myself for almost no pay) and now I'm out of a job...

i said that having a faller is like having an organ transplant. the organ is happy in its old body! yay! happy organ! it also likes doing its job as an organ! but one day, the organ wakes up in a new body! oh no! the organ tries to do its job and be a happy organ, but the organ knows it isn't meant to be there. one day, the organ is trying to do it's job when the immune system notices it. it sees that the organ isn't meant to be in that body! oh no! so the immune system attacks and kills the organ.
that is what the fabric of reality does to someone in the wrong universe. a faller is like an organ in the wrong body. they need to get back to their own body before the universe recognises that yes, while they're a good organ, they aren't one of it's organs.
Hm… interesting… perhaps your universe is… unusually hostile if that is the case? We have… somewhat conscious awareness of all of our cells and health, and came from a universe with no Pokémon whatsoever, and we certainly are not injured by simply visiting other universes. In fact, Ultra Beasts do not get injured either, and many fallers arrive via the same methods as they do.
I'm pretty sure that's just a your universe thing. Because nothing akin to what you call warp rot has been documented here at all. And I'm pretty sure we'd have files on it if that was a thing
So umm I run a small bar far away from alola but apparently I got a ultra worm hole inside of my cellar please come help I have one ever decided to take root inside my cellar locked down there but I'm pretty sure its just down there destroying merchandise

If they're trainers who known what they're doing then honestly they're fine, in the universe we're in we also keep tabs on all of them just in case of a worse case scenario.

They also absorbs Z-Power! It gives them the ability to use Beast Boost, which is move that— well, boost their powers.
Normal PokeBalls aren't very useful on them (except the MasterBall) so, to circumvent this, Aether Foundation created BeastBalls.
I only shared little informations but I hope you've fund this interesting ! Also, they're very dangerous! Don't try anything stupid!

We should exterminate all Ultra Beasts as soon as possible, and I don't understand why that isn't a top priority of most trainers and professors already. They should be illegal to catch, train, as well as exist.
Okay so issue with this: Ultra Beasts aren't from this world. In fact we barely know where any of them are from. We can't exactly get rid of them and they're here by complete accident. They can in fact be highly dangerous but something can't be illegal for existing over something none of us have control over.
We do have control over it- aether paradise should know this. We just have to discover their individual weaknesses and take them out one by one. Simple.
With all due respect, please leave handling Ultra Beasts to our professionally trained teams of Ultra Beast handlers. We have handling them under control already, outside parties do not need to get involved. There hasn't been any Ultra Beast related casualties since our squads have been properly trained to handle them.
And no we don't, Ultra Wormholes appear at random, causing both Ultra Beasts and Fallers to find their way to our world on accident. The tech that was used to create them during the incident with our former President was destroyed due to its usage being highly unstable.

Tyler from the Medical Staff is once again bothering me regarding the emails about making sure Fallers have their prescriptions figured out. I have like ten more to still forward in the middle of everything else I need to do.
So, let's HYPOTHETICALLY say that someone i may or may not be affiliated with has a nihiligo. Now, how do I A; make sure the thing dosent POSSES me, and B; avoid any legal backlash from using it in battle.

If you don't want a Nihiligo to make you cukocoo crazy that is being kept in a PokeBall, you just need to make sure it's well trained. Most are highly dangerous but it isn't always that they're inheritly evil or anything
And I'm like 90% sure there wouldn't be legal reprecuptions from using it in battle as long as it doesn't hurt anyone
