Started my new year off by playing a badass #tabletop board game with friends. My nephew works for Plaid Hat games and scored me a copy of Dead of Winter for Christmas. It was definitely a challenge rallying a group of drunk people together to wrap their brains around the complex rules of this game but I'm told I did a really good job of explaining how to play (thankfully I took 2 hours pre-game to watch the Table Top and Watch it Played episodes and read the manual from front to back :p) This game is SUPER fun. I'm hoping to play more table tops in 2017! #deadofwinter #zombiegames #gaming

2016 was honestly such a fulfilling year for me. Election stress and iconic deaths aside, I've never grown so much in a year's time before. I pushed my knowledge of front end development and built some really cool things on the web. I built several new burlesque routines including my first fully choreographed group routine. I pushed my costuming to new limits. I rediscovered my love of flowarts. I fell into the comfort of a new chosen family, and that family and I spent the entire year working really hard on a performance that took us across the country to Burning Man. I got to experience my very first Burning Man with people I love so much now. And in that journey I feel like I finally woke up to my potential and my destiny. I battled my first round of decompression depression. I sucked it up. I got back to work. I started producing artwork with friends. I discovered new allies of creativity that will all consolidate into my next project, which will be the biggest thing I have ever done with my life. And now? I'm here. I'm ready to work harder than I've ever worked before. I'm ready to become who I was always meant to be. 2016 was a hell of a year. 2017 is going to be even better. #2016bestnine #2017 #burningman #performerlife

Spending my weekend working on some sexy costuming for Frisky Fet-Tease 4. Stretch vinyl sure was a challenge to work with at first but after some careful prototyping and a couple of sewing hacks I'm actually starting to really like working with it. Expect a bunch of vinyl costume looks coming from me in 2017, as well as a bunch of corsets, which after studying the process of corset making for years and failing to complete a few projects, I'm finally completing my first waist cincher.
