I wish being afamilial was more well known, I don't think we have any representation in the media. I headcanon Kris from Deltarune to be afamilial or somewhere on the spectrum though. Does anyone else have any afam headcanons?

Afam ring color/placement opinions?

I think (correct me if I’m wrong) asexual is black on right middle finger, aromantic is white on left middle finger, and aplatonic is blue on pinky finger of either hand.

I would suggest red rings as our aspec ring because red is kind of our color.

But red rings are already used as a covert objectum symbol because of the red circle on the objectum flag.

So… other ideas? Better ring colors? Objectums, would you mind sharing a ring? Do afams need a ring at all? I don’t know. I just want more afamilial culture.

I've seen an alternate afamilial flag with blue and green, so maybe a green ring? Or a green and blue iridescent ring?

I think not feeling familial love should be more normalised, the topic of family came up with a friend the other day and when I said I didn't really care for my family and found the concept of family uncomfortable for me, said friend was horrified. I understand that a lot of people love their family, but that doesn't mean everyone has to! Everyone has different experiences, if a lot of people love their family thats ok but not loving your family is ok too! Feeling familial love is not a requirement and shouldn't be treated as such!

I think there should be an afamilial awareness day, maybe 7th May since thats between mothers day and fathers day but idk what do other afamspecs think?
