Keep him company? That was… well, that kinda set off Lance’s danger-sensors just a bit. Which was weird? Because this guy didn’t seem bad at all. He seemed fine…? 

          “ Sure…? Why not. I don’t gotta be back to the shop until                             an hour or so…”

⚔ – “Oh it’s nothing bad, I assure you.” Not for now. “I just need some help cleaning. Even if you’re just there for company, that’s fine as well.” Hian wasn’t all that fond of the trading post he had acquired. It did put up a good front though and he was able to get his hands on good not normally circulated. Perfect.

INSTANTLY BRIGHTENING! Grinning wide, he took a step closer, clasping his hands together. This was so lucky, wasn’t it? He managed to run into some- one that could actually help him!

⚔ – “Indebted, hmm? That’s interesting.” Lift your lips a little higher, Hian ... perfect. His smile was friendly enough but his mind was already racing through various thoughts. If no one knew this stranger was here, they certainly wouldn’t know where to look if he went missing. “How about you keep me company for a bit.”

⚔ – “Ah, but I can tell you’re not from this Faction. Perhaps there’s a reason you’re trespassing? Maybe if you speak nicely I’ll let you off the hook.”

Lance’s lips dropped into a pout, and he crossed his arms over his chest. This is why he disliked deliveries across factions– he had no idea about the landscape in any other faction other than his own.  

         “ It is unfortunate! You know the quickest way back to the red faction? “

⚔ -- Red Faction, hmm? Hian’s eyes narrowed a bit. Of all the Factions in this dreaded place, Red had to be his least favorite of the bunch. It really was a tragedy the boy had ended up in this place-- for him, anyway. “Oh? I could show you the way.”

⚔ -- What a shame, what a shame. A poor little kitten lost its way? Hian felt the smallest simmer of excitement boil within him. “Lost, you say? That’s unfortunate.” Yet a perfect opportunity for Hian.
