CoP question!
Side aerial + bhs fulfills the acro series requirement? I’m not sure if the aerial is considered a salto and I’m having a crisis trying to figure it out.

It’s always interesting to watch Komova’s technique.
In the first gif, the spin should have the leg raised at a 90° angle; she raises it just a bit higher to display greater strength and control.
In the second gif, she hits a beautiful elongated position in the walkover, as close as you can get to a split while having to bend your leg for the landing.
In the third gif, she displays humongous height on the back tuck, her head rotating higher than her hip’s height at take off.
In the fourth, the amazing flexibility and strength that takes to get a sheep jump in which your toes touch your forehead. (They’re just required to touch the back of the head.)
In every move she goes a little bit further to set her apart from the average gymnast. She goes above every judge’s requirement.
This is a marvelous display of an Olympic-level athlete.
