This did not make it into the broadcast, but it sure makes many routines that did make it look bad in terms of artistry (Reese also had a routine that minimises artistry deductions, but she doesn't quite pull it off as well as Dulcy).

The problem with not properly deducting for lack of artistry is that they can't reward routines that actually meet requirements.

Croatia denies visas to leaders of the Russian women's national team for the European ChampionshipsThe Croatian Embassy in Moscow has officially notified the Russian artistic gymnastics delegation of visa denials for 9 of its 65 members. Among those denied are leaders of the women's national team—Angelina Melnikova, Viktoria Listunova, and Anna Kalmykova—as well as athletes and staff from the men's team.The reason cited for the refusal was: "Failure to provide justification for the purpose and conditions of the intended stay." Notably, visa applications for the entire Russian delegation were submitted simultaneously, accompanied by identical sets of supporting documents. The remaining 56 members of the delegation were granted visas.

obvs it's not the federation rejecting the visas but it's really like their names were used to sell tickets, only for them to not be there. my desire for this trip has really tanked 😒
