Lee Jong Suk and Park Shin Hye, the main leads of the drama 'Pinocchio', reunited through a pictorial of the April edition of the fashion magazine, InStyle. In the filming that took place in the streets and cafes of London, the two actors became the perfect subjects in front of the camera due to their looks and makeups that are reminiscent of a hippie. During the filming of them together, they presented a 'dreamlike chemistry' just like they had as the 'Darling Couple' in Pinocchio, which aroused the admiration of the staff. In an interview that was held after the filming, the two actors revealed the behind story of the popular 'palm kiss' in Pinocchio which became a hot issue. Lee Jong Suk said, "Since Director-nim had a beautiful picture in mind, I acted exactly as the script said without any hesitation," and "Even after the drama has finished, I listen to the OST frequently, and whenever I listen to this song, I remember vividly the memories I had at that moment of time. It is that beautiful of a scene." Park Shin Hye also added, "I believe a more spectacular kiss scene came out since even the smallest details such as what direction the palm of the hand should be facing was emphasized." In addition, when a discussion about acting started to arise, Lee Jong Suk said, "I have a greater desire to be skilled in acting. Therefore, I tend to push myself to act assiduously", and Park Shin Hye said, "I had a lot of luck in projects as well as in partners" and "Through many projects, I think I met all the actors in their 20s."
