Back at it!
I've been sick and dealing with a mental illness. Since my last comp in Oct 2016, I've picked up yoga, vipassana meditation, went to Thailand to meet an Austrian nun, broke up with "Snuggle Bear".... I'm a different person. More true to myself. But my journey has let my lifting and fitness fall by the wayside. Gotten fluffy and I'm wanting to change that back to the androgynous body that I enjoyed training.
Bench - 4x8 @ 65lbs
Seated OHP - 4x10 @ 45lbs
Rack Pull - 4x10 @ 95lbs
Bent over row - 4x12 @ 65lbs
Band lat pull down - 3x20
Bent over laterals to lateral raise - 4x10
