She’s like super nice, but not a pushover. She’s actually pretty understanding of Ralph’s issues, she says he is “like a soldier that came home from war” (the diagnosis of PTSD wasn’t a thing back then so she tries her best)

Ralph post island OKAY LET ME EXPLAIN THE EYE!

His eye injury from the island caused him to go blind in his eye. He continued to get repeated infections until finally doctors decided it was best to just take the eye out. He has a glass eye, but doesn’t always wear it.

P.S. He’s like around 18 here??
