“It wasn’t too bad the first time, sounded good. Second time it was getting a little ‘oh this song again?’ and then the third was the final straw. Remember?” he threw a fit that day and hit the ceiling with a broom handle.

“Whenever you sang afterwards, i’d tap the ceiling.”

Diego turned to give Johnny an ugly star, brows knitting together. Whatever, he knew his singing was gorgeous, top of the class and that no one could ever out-sing him... Except for Beyonce. But besides her, he knew he was a wonderful singer.

Facing back towards the cabinets, Diego reached for a couple cups to go fill water. “Ice?” He was willing to get what Johnny wanted only for the moment, but also because he knew the trouble it would be for Johnny to get his own specifics.

“And it’s a good song, what can I say? Trying to perfect something can be a repeating process, yknow. Practice makes perfect is wwhat all of the bests say!” He cackled.

“Anyways. You said you had something you wanted to talk about. I’d say we get the elephant in the room out of the way before we continue bashing each other across the head with verbal maces.”
