THAT LITTLE SNAPE IS SO CUTE
The Fantastic Beasts set is also good. Newt is so fluffy.
Wondering how many just comfortably forgot that McGonagall put Neville's life in risk in his third year?
He 'lost' his list of passwords (Crookshanks stole it) which resulted in Sirius getting in the dorms.
When Neville confessed it was his - she turned to all the students and told them to not dare tell him the password. He was dependent on others letting him in (after Sirius already got into the castle and could very much do so again).
It came to a point where the trio were sneaking out - and walked on Neville sleeping at the entrance.
Now not even speaking on how they didn't notice Neville was not on the dorms, or that the prefect didn't check on him, or Percy who was a head boy - but his own Head of House who told everyone to not give him the password didn't even check of he got in.
He was basically forced to stay out of a safe place (also denying him proper sleeping and access to his belongings and to sanitary necessities) - while there's a supposed mass murderer trying to get to Harry - who's in the Gryffindor dorms.
She was risking his life in their eyes not knowing Sirius is innocent.
Yet somehow Snape is worse then her for telling Neville he's going to feed his toad whatever he brewed.
Good to know.
Hating Snape for bullying Neville is a valid reason. And yet McGonagall acted in an unprofessional way when she had left Neville without the new password and was dependent on others with a SERIAL KILLER in the castle (no one knew Sirius was innocent back then).
McGonagall is not as good a professor as many believe, she gave a kid a time turner, and even if her intentions were good she left a kid a powerful time tool, in the end Hermione didn't misuse the time turner but the impossible schedule McGonagall allowed has caused Hermione to be in great stress the majority of time in PoA
Maybe I am a big fan of Longbottom but when I read what McGonagall did to Neville (when it wasn't is fault but Crookshanks') in PoA I hate her for days, and the same I can say of Snape for poisoning Trevor
Except Snape didn't potion Trevor.
He said he would test *Neville's shrinking potion* on him.
Honestly calling it actual poison was nowhere in the books and just wrong to use, since like misusing a spell, like in transfiguration on animals - it doesn't mean it kills the animal.
Regardless of that - Snape gave the potion Neville made at the end;
Knowing that it was made correctly, he's literally a potions master.
Knowing that Hermione had helped Neville get there.
Because he is literally a potions master teaching kids this potion, he KNOWS when it's wrong and HOW to fix and reverse it.
Honestly him putting an ultimatum just gives off the same technique he used with Harry in Legilimancy, pushing you by giving you a goal to *get you* to succeed.
No where was it poisoning Trevor aside from random claims.
Meanwhile McGonagall;
Had let the kids go into the Dark forest in 1st year KNOWING that there's smth offing unicorns there (with Hagrid no less when we know she doesn't trust Hagrid that much, she literally didn't trust him to even get Harry the night Lily and James died)
Let Neville sleep outside of the dorms, but that also means she didn't check on *any* of her students to be at the dorms by curfew when she *knows* they tend to get in trouble.
There's also many glimpses of her treating Neville horribly over his achievements in her class, but it's only a glimpse. Why? It's Harry's perspective.
And honestly there are more (at least one that I know I forgot of but I'm tired so)
Snape was a mean ahh, sure.
She actively and knowingly put students at risk.
Saying that Snape is trying to poison Trevor means that one was not reading properly, or does not understand what words mean. Even if the potion had failed, it's not a foregone conclusion that it will turn into poison.
To make a claim that Snape is actively trying to poison Trevor implies that he knows Neville had failed and the potion has turned into poison. But the text describes that, even if he doesn't know the potion was a success, at best what he's doing is a gamble by testing it out. It's not "trying to poison".

All main characters same generation fiction!
I just wanted to draw young snumbledore, but I was drawing Elphias Doge.
The second one is note for drawing the school robe.
I love the Lucius one, I don't know why it makes me laugh so hard.
Lucius: Why, Albus, has our Severus troubled you?
Albus: Certainly not, we're just having a fun conversation, Lucius Malfoy
The Doctor and The Master implies a third, less prestigious renegade timelord named The Bachelor
An immortal who regenerates into new bodies but maintains the same core identity and continuity of memories even if there are marked changes in personality, you say?
Weirdly fixated on England, you say?
The Bachelor, you say?
May I propose a theory:
Not gonna lie I was confused about it for onw aecond before figuring out why the third one is Bachelor
“I made a garland for her head,
And bracelets too, and fragrant zone;
She looked at me as she did love,
And made sweet moan
I set her on my pacing steed,
And nothing else saw all day long,
For sidelong would she bend, and sing
A faery’s song.
She found me roots of relish sweet,
And honey wild, and manna-dew,
And sure in language strange she said—
‘I love thee true’.” - La Belle Dame Sans Merci by John Keats.

Oooh. Can you tell me which dog is which? I can tell Arthur, Moody, Tonks, Lupin, and Sirius, but I'm not sure about the rest?
CLARA OSWALD & THE DOCTOR
I just think Twelve should have had a cape. Go full magician.
Doctor Who - Clara Oswald x 12th Doctor
Why are doctor who ship names so elaborate. It took me days to find out why the umbrella tag for the doctor and the master was thoschei. I literally just realised after weeks that Wouffaldi is a combination of Who, soufflé and capaldi. Who did that. Who decided "Yeah that's the name that makes the most sense".
Pretty sure a lot of fandoms have this. Like there’s the “normal” ship name, where it’s just a portmanteau of the two names, or simply [name]x[name], and then there’s the ~fancy~ name that involves fandom terminology or inside jokes.
Lmao, someone on Reddit wrote that they would probably simp for Severus if they were to enter the Harry Potter universe, and people in the comment section really went out of their way to disprove OP's attraction by listing his 'unattractive features.' Just wait till they see how thirsty Snape fans are on Tumblr.
This is who JK was describing when she was writing Snape btw
It’s her chemistry teacher John Nettleship.
When writing Snape she obviously stressed and amplified some of Johns negative sides to make Harry’s negative view of him and distrust more reasonable. But everyone who has met John has always had positive things to say about him. People even described him as handsome so Rowling had to stress some of his features which were considered ugly to make people dislike him more.
I mean, people have the right to be skeptical because these had been how Rowling herself drew Snape:
Mr. John Nettleship is a nice-looking guy, but the image of Snape as a character that JKR had in mind might not be quite so attractive.
I've seen JKR admit that she was terrible with chemistry so maybe even if she doesn't dislike her teacher IRL, this was done out of exaggeration of her own schooltime memories (or maybe Snape as a character was exaggerated to further separate him from the real life person).
Still, like even if Snape is ugly, what's it to them? If someone wants to simp over Snape, let them do whatever they want.
tiktok is bad for my health im so serious bc why did i just see someone describe tweveclara’s relationship as “adhd dad and fed up daughter.”
