Hey, yes i often go to the gym and my favourite part are chest and shoulders, for chest i like to do inclined chest press and dumbell flies, for shoulders mostly lateral raises with dumbells too

Your heart is very strong, I bet it can take extreme exercise on high caffeine 😈 I think you should try it and break 200bpm

Thank you ! Its hard to reach 200 bpm for me, because my heart pumps a lot of blood with each beat, my máximum cardiac frequency is between 180-185 bpm, maybe i could reach 200 bpm under certain circumstances, like take energy drinks and do exercise haha which it seems to be dangerous

Hey, i think my heart is bigger and louder than average people because im a tall guy of 1.95 m, i often go to the gym, in fact i have a post where you can see the shape and size of my heart in a x ray, my heart is considerably bigger, my right and left ventricles are a bit expanded, id love to take an ultrasound check of my heart hehe
