In Memoriam of DataReaper

Many players of Warframe know of Clem, the Grineer outcast many players adopt as a friend in game. Just as many players are likely familiar with the Kronen, a tonfa-style weapon whose Prime version is popular to use. Both are the creation of the individual known as DataReaper, who even has a profile here on tumblr, @datareaperver1 .

Recently, this beloved community member passed away. In an act of remembrance, the game developers erected a shrine to their memory, stationed behind where Clem can be found.

For those who play, take a moment to pay respects to this Tenno, whose memorial is found at Iron Wake. And for those who are not, go and peruse some of their illustrations. They can be quite amusing and lift one’s spirits.

May the stars welcome you with open arms, Tenno.
